Application
is open to all bonafide students of the University of the Philippines Diliman
upon compliance to the requirements and standards set by the Committee. The
following are identified steps which shall form the application process. It is the prevailing Committee’s initiative
to determine which of the steps below are applicable at the time of
application period.
a. Accomplished Application Form (PLANO-MEM-2012-002) with ID picture and copy of Form 5
b. Orientation/Acquaintance Party
c. Panel Interview – gauge of the applicant’s familiarity to the Organization’s Constitution. Panel should be composed of at least two (2) Executive Committee members and one (1) Membership Committee
d. Induction
e. Batch Project – should serve the purpose and objective of the organization and SURP
f. Other requirements as may be found necessary by the Committee
Application period shall be per semester of every school year. Applicants who failed to comply with the identified requirements for one semester may continue to process his/her application in the succeeding term. Otherwise, his/her application will be declared DENIED.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse application and/or grant of membership to applicants subject to ratification by the Executive Committee.
